Our Commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build and update our pages, not something added at the end. We want you to be able to read our content, compare our services, and get in touch without a fight.

The Standard We Measure Against

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we measure our pages against that standard. We check with automated scanning plus manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and testing at phone and desktop widths.

Automated tools only catch some problems, so we don't treat a clean scan as proof that every barrier is gone. This page covers this website only.

Known Limitations

We'd rather be upfront than claim a perfect record. These are the areas most likely to give you trouble:

• Older content. Some earlier pages, PDFs, and downloadable documents may not yet meet the standard.
• Third-party content. Embedded video, forms, and our client portal (a separate site) are run by other providers, and we have limited control over how accessible they are.
• Images and media. We write text alternatives for images, but some may be less descriptive than they should be, and some video or audio may not have captions or a transcript.

Report a Barrier or Ask for Another Format

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need the information in another form, such as large print, plain text, or a phone call, please tell us. Include the page address, what went wrong, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you're comfortable sharing it.

We'll work with you to get you the information or service you need another way, and we'll use what you tell us to fix the problem.
