What is Adaptive Reservoir?
A private AI knowledge platform that runs on hardware you own, on-prem or in your own private cloud. It turns your documents, notes, and AI sessions into one governed, searchable knowledge base with cited answers. The AI model runs locally, and Adaptive installs and manages the whole system for you.
Does our data ever leave our network?
No. The AI runs on an internal-only container network with no route to the internet, and that isolation is verified by an automated release gate on every build, not just claimed. Reservoir can run with no internet connection at all.
Does Reservoir replace ChatGPT or Claude?
No, and it is not meant to. Your team keeps using the AI tools they already know. Reservoir is the system of record underneath them: the place where your institutional knowledge, project history, and AI session records live under your control, searchable and cited, instead of scattered across drives and inboxes or sitting in a vendor's cloud.
Can Reservoir capture activity from ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools we already use?
Yes. For Claude and Claude Code, this is built and working today: workstation enrollment centralizes guardrails and points a shared vault at Reservoir, so activity is written into your knowledge base as part of normal use. For other platforms, we connect through each vendor's own official compliance API, for example OpenAI's Compliance Platform for ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft's Copilot interaction API for Microsoft 365 Copilot, so that activity is pulled into your Reservoir vault for a single audit trail. That connector is scoped and delivered as part of your Reservoir deployment, using your specific plan and admin access.
Does this help with audits, examiners, or e-discovery?
Yes. Because AI activity and business knowledge land in one governed vault on your hardware, you can answer questions about who used AI for what, and show your records, without asking a vendor for logs.
